Join our Valentine’s Day couples event! You’ll work together to create Perfect-Match cutting boards - two walnut cutting boards that fit just right. We’re dimming the lights and putting on some smooth tunes.

Come use our tools, get our help, and make a mess with fellow woodworkers and newbie woodworkers.
What do you want to make?

From 6 to 6:30pm we host a safety overview. This is required for anyone new to our shop.
At 6:30 we start by sharing what we are working on, and where / if we are stuck or need help.
After that it’s shop time. You work at your own pace, share space with fellow makers, ask questions, and enjoy the energy of creating together.
If you need extra time, you can schedule follow-up shop time. You can also signup for our newsletter to be the first to know when our next Open Shop Night is happening.

New to Wood Thumb? No problem!
For newcomers to our woodshop, we require an introductory safety overview. This costs $20 and starts at 6pm.
If you have been to any of our workshops, or done shop time with us in the past, you may skip this.

Cost: $80

Materials: Bring your own wood. We have some walnut for sale.
