If you are unhappy with your product or aren’t completely satisfied with your order, please contact email@example.com to return it within 14 days for a full refund. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours.
We guarantee our products for 90 days from the date of purchase. Wood Thumb warrants all products against manufacturing and material defects, however they do not cover damage from abuse, exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, and impacts. Third party manufacturers whose goods we sell are not covered under this warranty.
If you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days for a full refund. Tell us your name, your order number, the product(s) ordered, and what happened. We will get back to you as quickly as possible to confirm the return. Once you hear back from us, we’ll ask you to print out the email with your order number included and ship the item back to us. Unfortunately, being a small shop, we cannot afford to provide return shipping at this time, so the fees are your responsibility. We encourage you to get a tracking number and insurance for your return as we can’t be held accountable for packages that get lost on their way back to us.

Due to the nature of reclaimed wood, the grain and color will vary from piece to piece. We hope you’ll appreciate that everyone gets a unique, one of a kind piece, and some have particularly cool details like knot holes or old nail holes.
Please note, we cannot accept exchanges on custom work which includes custom engraved items.
We recommend applying natural oils like beeswax or linseed to your wood from time to time. This will help keep the reclaimed wood alive for many more years.
