Original Wood Tie

  • A modern take on a classic staple, this wood tie is made from reclaimed California Redwood salvaged from tunnels, bridges, and barns in the Bay Area. It is sure to command attention and spark conversation.

This tie is held together by a length of cord threaded internally through each segment. It was created to be sized specifically to you! The design is lightweight and flexible, made for comfort and regular wear.

Each tie is unique as the tree it once was. Every knot hole and pattern in the wood grain brings life and character to the piece. All wood is hand-selected by us and ties are created start to finish at our workshop in San Francisco.

Available in two sizes: Small & Large, sized and styled to fit both men and women.

We wanted to create a product that people are excited to put on, to show off, that inspires confidence in the wearer. Confidence that you are supporting a sustainable movement, and that such a piece may motivate someone to put down their smartphone and ask, “Is that a wood tie?”
  • Sizing

Large ties measure 21 1/2 inches from knot to tip and are suggested for anyone over 5'10" (177cm) (founders Chris & David are both over 6'2"!)

Ties are made from reclaimed California Redwood and are finished with Linseed oil.
